Measurements and assumptions
Your new conditions. Exactly six trolleys in the 5-tonne lorry: five old 155 × 72 × 185 cm frames and one new frame. Only the new trolley load is planned. Its total height is adjustable up to 140 cm including wheels. No minimum set target or 10/15/20 layer restriction applies. Part quantities are equal across all seven types in this one trolley.
Measured sizes and starting assumptions. Lorry, lift, frame and part sizes come from Trolley New.xlsx. RC uses your updated 78 × 120 cm size. Starting trolley/wall gaps are 2 cm, part gap 0.5 cm and divider thickness 1 cm. Fixed old positions use a 3 + 2 arrangement, not measured positions. Old frame drawings are illustrative; their loads and shelf layout are unknown.
How it finds a plan. New outside sizes are searched in whole centimetres. Most sets wins; ties use the smallest outside footprint. Parts lie flat, can turn 90°, and sit in separate stacks. Shelves can have different part layouts. Automatic tries all equally spaced level counts that can fit at least one part layer, and uses the largest whole layer count that fits. All loaded stacks use the same layer count. Rearranged floor plans use rectangular sections, so other layouts or unequal shelf heights may fit more.
What is not checked. Payload weight, load stability, straps, manufacturing strength, access to shelves, loading sequence and room to turn through the lift door. Confirm clear internal sizes and safe handling before building. The result is the best within these assumptions.
